The Foundation of Coaching created the Global Visionary Fellows Program to recognize, honor, and encourage support for visionaries who have demonstrated creative thinking and bold action in the field of coaching.

The fellowship is designed to call attention to significant contributions to the development of coaching in practice and as a profession.  Global Visionary Fellows receive a grant intended to help them pursue a project that advances the impact of coaching in the world.

The project may be one that is already underway, or it may be an idea the Fellow proposes to develop.

Fellows may be selected on the basis of their proposed project, or they may be selected as a result of their work, achievements, or contributions to coaching.

The 2006 Global Visionary Fellow, Dr. Patrick Williams, was chosen because he has many qualities that TFoC seeks in Global Visionary Fellows: visionary leadership in coaching, a recognized body of work, and a visionary project.

We hope that you will be inspired by the projects of the Global Visionary Fellows and that you will want to become a part of the worldwide community making their visions a reality.
