Foundation Research Grant Criteria

To qualify to be considered for a research grant from the Foundation of coaching, a proposal must meet the following criteria:

  1. The research is aligned with the mission and purpose of the Foundation of Coaching, i.e. it advances coaching thought
  2. The research is unique and makes an important contribution to the field of coaching
  3. The research is global in scope and not tied to any particular coaching organization, school or method
  4. The researcher is well qualified to conduct ethical coaching-related research, or has professional supervision in doing so
  5. The research is co-sponsored, with matching funds contributed for the project. The Foundation will consider in-kind support in lieu of matching funds on a case-by-case basis.
