The Foundation of Coaching Research Grants Process

Proposals are accepted twice a year and forwarded to not fewer than three reviewers for a thorough evaluation against The Foundation of Coaching Grant Criteria (click here to see the Criteria). The review process can take several weeks.

Research proposals may be submitted June 1 for consideration in July, and December 1 for consideration in January of each year.

Researchers who submit proposals are notified at several points during the review process: when their proposal has been received, when it is sent for review, and when a funding decision has been made.

Foundation grants are to be used for research expenses, including travel. Grants are not applicable to researcher time or living expenses. A detailed budget is required as part of the research application process.
