The Foundation of Coaching Research Division

The Foundation of Coaching recognizes research to be an important cornerstone in the development of excellence in any profession.

The purpose of the Foundation Research Division is:

  • Promotion of scholarly research on coaching-related topics, research, methods and ideas
  • Dissemination and discussion of coaching-related research
  • Building the global community of coaching-related researchers

The Foundation seeks to support and promote coaching-related research by:

  • Encouraging dialogue and dissemination of coaching-related research
  • Offering grants and supporting engagement in coaching-related research
  • Hosting conferences and dialogues addressing coaching-related research

Want to get involved in coaching-related research?

The Foundation offers ways for everyone to get involved with coaching-related research.  You can:

  • volunteer to be a subject for a research study
  • participate in one of the Foundation’s action-research projects
  • read the latest research on the Foundation’s Research Repository site
  • participate in the Coaching-Related Research ListServ email discussions
  • start your own research project with support from the Foundation’s Research Mentors

As an academic or scholar-practitioner, you can also submit a proposal for financial support of your research through the Foundation’s Coaching-Related Research Grant Program.
