Foundation Research Grants

To develop as a profession, coaching must have a shared literature of empirical studies and well-founded theoretical models. There is also a need for outcome research and studies that explore the relationship of coach to client, coaching methods to one another, and coaching to other disciplines, including psychology, communications, management, wellness, education, consulting, and mentoring.

The Foundation of Coaching sponsors coaching-related research that is needed for the advancement of the field. In accordance with the Foundation's values of collaboration and partnership, grants for coaching-related research are co-funded with another sponsoring organization or individual.
